This rope works well for assisting slalom skiiers with the difficult task of getting up on one ski, however, the handle sinks like a rock which can make it difficult to find in the water. I would like to see some floats on each side of the handle to alleviate this problem.

It is as advertised and performs as stated. It does make slalom starts easier for novices because it helps control the ski & rope so that there is no pull from one side or the other. Doubtful experienced slalom skiers will find much benefit unless they are trying to teach others.
